Job Description
The Training Supervisor Oversees all training and orientation programs at the account to include trainings that are required by the facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients and co-workers. Is responsive to customer needs.
- Responsible for all quality and training programs pertaining to the environmental services, Food & Nutrition and Central Transport departments.
- Will be tasked with the training of all new hires as well as existing employees.
- Responsible for management teams on-going and continuing education.
- Manages the day-to-day training of the Aramark operation at the facility.
- Prepares training programs and training sessions, handles and assist with all applicable regulatory agencies visits, monitors ARAMARK?s quality assurance programs and makes sure that safety standards are being maintained.
- Knows and adheres to Hospital and Departmental policies.
- Maintains established policies, procedures and objectives for quality assurance and safety.
- Evaluates departmental procedure recommending any needed changes.
- Accept supervision and maintain effective working relationships executes independent action and initiates work without supervision, demonstrates capacity and ability to perform assigned responsibilities with current knowledge, work days and hours required to accomplish responsibilities, seeks guidance, as needed, from Direct Report and uses guidance to improve methods.
- Performs all work in accordance with ARAMARK, regulatory safety procedures and requirements including OSHA, JCAHO, state, country and local agencies.
- Maintains established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment. Complies with all OSHA regulations and other local, state and federal government regulations.
- Maintains compliance with ARAMARK?s standards of operation. Adheres to ARAMARK?s Business Conduct Policy at all times. Maintains all records and reports to ensure compliance, with all local, stated and federal regulations and codes.
- Maintains compliance with all requirements of Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Position requires a High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent with
- At least two years? experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience must include specific employment and job specific experience.
- Computer literacy is required.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
