Job Overview
Aramark is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all human resources functions and services. This role will develop and manage employment programs, salary compensation and job evaluations, talent acquisition, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, education and training programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources management functions, with in-depth knowledge and skills in one or more human resource functions directly related to the position. They will also possess excellent presentation and speaking skills, good reading, writing and math skills, and good research and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full scope of human resources, housing and employee services department
- Directs staff in the areas of: recruitment, onboarding, organizational structure, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, employee relations, orientation/training/development, policy/procedure development and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in the full life cycle recruitment process
- Participate in the hiring/paperwork process as the subject matter expert
- Oversight of pre-hire, random and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol screening program
- Oversee international Work and Travel and H2B programs
- Guide managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, labor management, workplace ethics and performance management
- Design and implement company development and training programs for operations, customer service, orientation, etc.
- Collect HR metrics, analyze, collate and report the data and identify trends
