This is an opportunity for a candidate who combines outstanding project management with solid communication skills. The Implementation Manager will work with clients, suppliers, and internal department representatives at varying levels to ensure successful onboarding. The candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and should possess a process orientation and the ability and desire to work cross-functionally. The role requires a person that thrives on being flexible and adaptable in a very dynamic organization.
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation of new portfolios and locations. The manager will effectively monitor onboarding milestones, troubleshooting issues, and coordinate internal and external efforts to ensure customers receive timely training, engage with suppliers, and successfully ramp up purchasing through Avendra?s programs. Additionally, the manager will act as the liaison with Avendra Suppliers, the Implementation Team and Account Management and manage key metrics.
This is a hybrid position based out of Rockville, MD at Avendra Headquarters.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

Client Relationship development ? Cultivate client level relationships from business development through successful onboarding and transition to the Account Management team.
- Monitor onboarding progress ? Track and manage assigned new sales client portfolios through onboarding milestones and spend ramp targets.
- Monitor supplier engagement.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues to completion, providing reports and status updates to the client and Business Development team.
- Solicit internal Avendra resources and/or external Supplier resources as needed to ensure process milestones are met.
- Work to decrease cycle time.
- Milestone & Goal Achievement ? Ensure implementations achieve milestones on time and meet or exceed spend ramp goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in company database (namely eRM)

Supplier Liaison ? Point of contact for key suppliers, actively partner and communicate with Avendra suppliers to ensure timely account set up; track and record progress; identify potential bottlenecks and provide direction to resolve.
- Run and monitor supplier account reports.
- Facilitate weekly supplier calls.
- Maintain key supplier contacts and new customer account requirements.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?
