Making a Positive Impact as Marina Services Worker Lead
The Marina Services Worker Lead supervises Marina operations, Boat Rentals and/or Fuel dock operations, supporting and training the Marina Services Workers and Cashiers. This role may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and manage Marina Services Workers and Cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service and support the team's success.
• Serve as a concierge resource to all guests, providing assistance and ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Perform Marina Services Worker duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the marina.
• Coordinate all Marina, Boat Rentals or Fuel Dock activities and tasks, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
• Maintain fuel systems and docks, performing routine maintenance and repairs as required.
• Complete monthly safety inspections, record electrical readings, and file incident and injury reports, upholding high standards of safety and compliance.
• Foster excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc., promoting a welcoming atmosphere and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a marina is preferred, but not essential; what matters most is a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team's success.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with diverse groups.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs. expected as part of the role.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving.
