**Job Description**
The Lodging Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Front Desk, RV/Campground, and Housekeeping departments under the Director of Operations.
They will lead a team of supervisors, leads, and team members to ensure exceptional guest service and administrative duties are carried out efficiently.
This includes managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.
The Lodging Manager must maintain excellent communication with guests and all departments to ensure excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure staff provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints professionally.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Provide ongoing customer service coaching and training to staff.
• Hold staff accountable and perform coaching or documentations with HR as needed.
• Communicate with other departments and clients to meet group needs.
• Monitor comment card program and respond to/resolve guest issues.
• Assist General Manager and management in ensuring staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Assist with projects/programs relating directly to customer service.
• Know and comply with company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous hospitality management experience in high-profile locations preferred.
• Experience working in hospitality environments required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent guest services and leadership skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Computer literacy required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, hospitality management, or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft business applications.
