Job Responsibilities
- Financial Performance & Budgeting :
- Budget Oversight : Manage and control the maintenance budget, including costs related to labor, projects, inventory, and preventive maintenance initiatives. Ensure compliance with client financial goals and company profit and loss (P&L) standards.
- Revenue Generation : Identify opportunities to increase revenue by improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Performance Metrics : Analyze performance data and trends to educate teams on how to improve margins and meet financial objectives.
