Aramark is seeking a Manager of Business Development and Execution to lead multiple contracted services and achieve operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. As a key member of our team, you will manage client and community relationships, build and lead a management team, and recommend methods for service improvement and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in providing operational expertise and hands-on execution management of operations.
- Manage client and community relationships, continually assessing operations and developing plans for optimal service.
- Build and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
- Recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes, and associated records and reports.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
