Zephyr Cove Resort is a refreshing retreat located just steps away from the Tahoe shoreline. Our resort offers lakeside cabins, dining options, and endless activities for our guests.
As a Beach Toy Attendant at our resort, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by navigating vessels, assisting with boat operations, maintaining the dock area, cleaning and restocking vessels, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff by cleaning and maintaining docks and public areas.
- Provide expert advice on boating safety and vessel operation to customers.
- Clean interior and exterior of vessels to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
- Restock, refuel, maintain, and prepare vessels for guests.
- Assist customers with transporting luggage as needed.
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a marina or similar environment is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and/or stand for extended periods.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
