Job Title : Clinical Nutrition Manager
Location : OSF Sacred Heart and Heart of Mary Medical Centers in Danville and Urbana, IL
Aramark Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our healthcare teams at OSF Sacred Heart and Heart of Mary Medical Centers. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nutrition care services and programs, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care for our patients.
COMPENSATION : The salary for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department / team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Supervise and mentor the nutrition staff, including registered dietitians and other nutrition professionals
- Manage the budget and resources for the nutrition care services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nutrition care
- Participate in quality improvement activities and lead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
