- Assisting in the preparation of food items for the day.
- Coordinating and assisting in setting up and breaking down stations.
- Cooking and preparing foods according to recipes and directions.
- Maintaining accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
- Responsible for maintaining daily temperature logs.
- Taking samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers and alerting management if quality expectations are not met.
