Job Description
The Runner-Busser plays a vital role in ensuring business and customer needs are met by managing inventory, transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products.
Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stocks and maintains appropriate product levels
• Delivers product and maintains inventory integrity using transfer sheets
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains the appearance of workstations and guest service areas
• Assists servers, bartenders, etc. with customer service as needed
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
Requirements:
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Requires constant standing and walking
This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
