The Concierge II plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues that may arise. This position may also involve overseeing or delegating responsibilities within the guest services operation.

Providing excellent customer service is essential to this role, as it requires interacting with guests, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions. This includes suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel, greeting and serving guests, fulfilling special requests, and arranging events and excursions upon request.
This role involves working closely with the guest services team, scheduling and assigning daily work assignments, and overseeing completion of tasks. Additionally, coordinating guest itineraries prior to arrival for requests received via phone, fax, or email is an important part of this position.
The ideal candidate will have previous guest services experience, supervisory experience in a related role, and excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Understand guests' needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
- Fulfill special requests made by hotel guests and participate in the organization of special events.
- Arrange events, excursions, transportation, etc. upon request from hotel residents.
- Schedule and assign daily work assignments to the guest services team and oversee completion of tasks.
- Coordinate guest itineraries, prior to the guest's arrival, for requests received via phone, fax, and email.
Qualifications
- Previous guest services experience required.
