Job Title: Steward (Busser/Porter/Cleaner)
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment in our kitchen and dining areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, serveware, equipment, and utensils to ensure guest satisfaction
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
- Ensure the dishwashing station, three compartment sink, and related areas are cleaned and well-maintained
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
