Job Description
We are seeking a Server to join our team. As a Server, you will master the art of creating an unforgettable customer experience. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and make memories with guests. Our Servers love to keep guests satisfied and are problem-solvers at heart. By focusing on ways to better the customer experience, you will refine your leadership skills and open new doors for your career.
Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverage to guests according to their orders and/or banquet menu
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
• Replenish food and beverage products
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guests' identification
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
• Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment
• Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a server or in a food service role preferred
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
