Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, this associate will assist in the performance of all required job duties to produce treated effluent that meets state and federal regulations. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the wastewater/water system, including servicing pumps, blowers, motors, valves, generators, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of the wastewater/water system, including servicing pumps, blowers, motors, valves, generators, and equipment.
- Clean wet wells and operate pumps and valves to control and adjust flow and treatment process.
- Monitor the performance of all equipment, gauges, and charts in the treatment plant, water system, and pump/lift stations; Record statistical data concerning plant operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on wastewater equipment, lift station equipment, and water system equipment.
- Perform facility grounds maintenance, including cleaning equipment and tanks.
