Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inventory tasks including locating, counting, receiving, and dispatching merchandise efficiently.
- Prepare customer orders accurately, organizing them on pallets for shipment.
- Efficiently process daily freight arrivals, ensuring accurate computer entries.
- Organize and store products based on consistent coding systems in designated areas.
- Skillfully address and resolve discrepancies in freight claims.
- Consistent updates to product locations to streamline operations.
- Execute precise cycle counts regularly.
- Process returns with attention to detail, maintaining quality standards.
- Proactive in managing tasks and responding to warehouse queues swiftly.
- Operate machinery for loading/unloading merchandise safely.
- Uphold unparalleled safety standards while handling company equipment.
- Contribute to an organized workspace with regular cleaning and maintenance.
Your Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent educational background.
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in warehouse roles.
- Certified to operate machinery such as Reach Trucks and Forklifts.
- Proven experience in managing Cycle Counts and using RF Scanners.
- Strong literacy in technical documentation for procedural guidance.
- Exceptional communication skills, ideally bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Skilled in basic arithmetic operations across various units of measure.
- Physical resilience to handle demanding tasks including lifting over 75lbs.
- Comprehension and use of data works systems for smooth operations.
