We are on the lookout for a skilled professional who can diagnose and repair various systems used in commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface preparation. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring our equipment runs smoothly across numerous industries.

Your Role:

• Identify and fix issues in equipment including carpet cleaning units, dehumidifiers, scrubbers, and air movers.
• Collaborate with store staff and supervisors to achieve top-quality service and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Maintain efficiency using diagnostic tools and manufacturers' manuals.
• Engage directly with customers to arrange service schedules, offer repair estimates, and manage orders.
• Ensure the workspace is tidy and adhere to safety protocols.

What We Expect:

• A minimum of two years of experience in equipment repair or maintenance.
• Technical proficiency with mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Meet physical demands such as lifting 50 lbs.
• Strong communication prowess, both written and verbal, and basic computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) preferred.
