What's on Your Plate?
- Efficaciously manage all facets of warehouse assignments — from accurate inventory logging to timely merchandise dispatch.
- Serve as an adept assembler of customer orders, ensuring they are packaged and shipped with a keen eye for detail.
- Seamlessly integrate daily freight receiving into our digital system.
- Methodically organize and maintain inventory using our strategic warehousing protocols.
- Tackle and resolve freight-related issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Persistently update stock locations and perform daily cycle counts with precision.
- Process and oversee product returns efficiently, ensuring each item is accurately logged.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to operational queues.
- Load and unload stock with meticulous care and diligence.
- Operate company transport equipment safely, ensuring professionalism.
- Contribute to a pristine and secure warehouse environment, adhering to all necessary safety standards.
What You'll Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED as a foundation.
- 1-3 years' experience in a warehouse or related environment.
- Certification as a material handler, complemented with skills on forklifts and Reach Trucks.
- Proficient with conducting Cycle Counts and utilizing RF Scanners.
- Strong comprehension of documentation and procedural guides.
- Excellent communication acumen with peers and clients.
- Basic arithmetic prowess — addition, subtraction, and more.
- Commitment to maintaining excellent physical wellness.
- Adept under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) are desirable.
- Strength and stamina to frequently lift items over 75 lbs.
- Proficient data management and system skills.
