Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair systems used in the cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep fields.
- Handle everything from gas engines to HVAC/R systems with expertise and precision.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, manufacturer manuals, and troubleshooting guides to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate effectively within service and store teams to achieve high-quality service and productivity goals.
- Engage directly with customers to schedule, discuss, and provide accurate service estimates.
