- Work in tandem with outside sales representatives making calls on key accounts
- Monitor inside sales representatives on the number and quality of outgoing calls
- Set up training with key manufacturers for all sales representatives and counter sales staff
- Oversight of systems training to ensure all representatives can access necessary information
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within territory
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
