What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
- Flexible availability, including overtime and temporary schedule changes.
- Must learn and perform both Rail and Truck Dock positions.
- Strong math skills required.
- Forklift driving and rail mapping experience preferred.
- The starting wage is $21.22, with an increase to $25.25 after nine months, plus a profit share/gain share program

- Load and unload trucks and rail cars, wrap flats, and build blocks to ensure prompt and accurate shipments.
- Verify incoming products against documentation, check for damage, and store items properly.
- Prepare shipments according to customer orders, including creating customs paperwork for international orders.
- Maintain clean and organized truck and rail docks, including general housekeeping and trash removal.
- Perform various warehouse duties such as pulling samples, warehousing, and other tasks as needed.
