What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in ESH, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 year's industrial experience in an environmental leadership role
- Strong background in Title V air permit management
- Familiarity with wastewater and stormwater NC State regulations is beneficial
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office suite of products

In this role, you will:
- Manage Title V Air Permit subject to Plywood and Composite Wood Products MACT, Boiler MACT, and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD)
- Maintain excellent relationship with State, Federal, and Local regulators.
- Manage stormwater permits, site BMPs, Non-Discharge Spray Irrigation permit and monitoring.
- Manage environmental records including preparation and submission of all regulatory reports.
- Stay up to date with changes in State and Federal Air and Water regulations.
- Manage site solid waste, hazwaste, and radiation storage locations.
- Ensure appropriate radiation/X-ray protocols maintained on site.
- Conduct stack testing and other compliance activities as required by air permit.
- Supervise daily activities of onsite Wastewater-Environmental Technician/EHS Management System Administrator
- Act as site resource for environmental impacts of projects and manufacturing activities.
- Participate in corporate environmental auditing program, as well as companywide EHS goals and objectives.
