CNA/Resident Aide
Aravilla is seeking CNA/Resident Aides to care for our residents.
We are Florida’s premier (deficiency-free for eight years!), 200 unit Assisted Living and Memory Care community located on a beautiful 8-acre campus. Our successful employees are highly focused on getting the job done, straight forward, smart, and want to help the elderly enjoy their lives.
Earn More: $18.00 per hour for Resident Aides and $19.00 per hour Certified Nursing Assistants plus shift differentials. We have 12-hour full time shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a.
Sign-on Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on bonus for Resident Aides and $2,500 for Certified Nursing Assistants paid out over a year.
