The Technical Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in understanding customers' solar technical needs and proposing tailored solutions to drive sales for our product portfolio. This position requires a deep grasp of our products, complemented by the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. The successful candidate will lead technical endeavors to assist customers with product selection and configurations, leveraging sales acumen to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Product Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, specifically how they integrate into customers' systems.
- Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Provide assistance during the pre-sales and post-sales process, including helping customers choose suitable products, explaining specifications, and addressing technical challenges with the support of the Application Engineer and Product Line Manager.
- Drive Sales Performance: Meet sales targets as outlined in the Business Plan.
- Actionable Strategies: Translate the overarching business plan into actionable steps per target customer or vertical, ensuring timely execution and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with customers to develop product specifications that incorporate ARaymond's product within projects.
- Customer Acceptance: Obtain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Levelized Cost of Energy (LCoE) reductions.
- Market Intelligence: Contribute market intelligence and Voice of Customer results to internal stakeholders, influencing the Product Pipeline and generating new value-added solutions.
- Tech Issue Resolution: Work with engineering teams to resolve technical issues arising during product development or integration.
- Business Growth Strategies: Partner with sales management and marketing teams to develop strategies to win new business and expand existing accounts.
- Customer Liaison: Facilitate communication between the customer and internal teams, such as engineering, production, and logistics, ensuring project specifications and timelines are met.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.

**Required Skills and Experience**
