Compensation : $85,000 -100,000 / yearly- Depending on Experience

ARB Underground has an immediate opening for a Billing Supervisor at our Pittsburg, California office location.

The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the billing process within the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day activities for the billing team.

Assign tasks to the Team as needed.

Run weekly reports to track billing metrics on cost vs billing.

Monitor accounts receivable and raise concerns.

Oversee rejections / adjustments.

Monitor Invoice Submissions in various customer portals.

Assist with reviewing / invoice jobs as needed.

Submission of billings lump sum / unit price billings.

Any other task assigned to assist Billing Manager.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

2 or more years of billing experience

1 year of supervisor / lead role experience

Basic knowledge of accounting

Proficient user of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal / external)

Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Good communication skills (w / office and field staff)

Organized

Team player

Problem Solver

Viewpoint preferred (not required)

Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations

Be available for occasional overtime and / or weekend duties as work volumes dictate
