This position will be based in our Longmeadow MA office. Additionally, after an initial in-house training for the first 90 days, this position can be hybrid work at home, with a few days in office and a couple days at home each week.

The Accounting and Finance Specialist will focus on the following key responsibilities:
- Agency Commissions – Reconciliation of commission received against download transactions.
- Budget Analyst - Evaluate, report and plan with departments.
- Vendor Relationship management – Accounts Payable and contract review.
- Carrier Relationship management – Review results, track growth and contract administration.
- Financial and Business reporting – Report creation and delivery with contextual explanation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excel proficiency
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Insurance Agency experience preferred
- Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint experience preferred
