We are currently looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our Accounting and Finance department. This is a great opportunity for an individual to not only build a career but to help contribute to the growth and development of a large growing agency. This position will be based in our Longmeadow MA office . Additionally, after an initial in-house training for the first 90 days, this position can be hybrid work at home, with a few days in office and a couple days at home each week.
The Accounting and Finance Specialist will focus on the following key responsibilities :
- Agency Commissions – Reconciliation of commission received against download transactions.
- Budget Analyst - Evaluate, report and plan with departments.
- Vendor Relationship management – Accounts Payable and contract review.
- Carrier Relationship management – Review results, track growth and contract administration.
- Financial and Business reporting – Report creation and delivery with contextual explanation.
