As a Claim Technical Assistant (CTA) you will learn and develop the fundamental skills that are transferable to the Claim Service Specialist (Claim Adjuster) role. If you become proficient in these skills, and demonstrate a commitment to self-development, you may have an opportunity to enter our Claim Development Program (CDP). Upon successful completion of the CDP, you might earn an accelerated promotion to a Claim Adjuster or other opportunities throughout the organization based on business need. The Claim Technical Assistant position provides OJT training, job shadowing and formal insurance courses. This dynamic department provides strong professional support and career growth as you learn important fundamental claim skills including :

This career opportunity starts at a minimum of $22.00 per hour or more, depending on skills and work experience. We value work-life balance, so our work schedule is 36.25 hours per week.
