An overview of what you'll do every day :
- You will work where the commercial policy life cycle begins and ends, initiating changes and issuing accurate policies based on instructions received.
- You'll provide timely, courteous, and efficient customer service to customers and our business partners.
- You'll be building and maintaining positive relationships with your team, Underwriting and key stakeholders.
- You will learn and understand the complexities of commercial lines insurance products.
- You will be training on site with a mentor, with the option to work remotely twice a week at the end of a successful training period.

This career opportunity starts at a minimum of $23.00 per hour or more, depending on skills and work experience. We value work-life balance, so our work schedule is 36.25 hours per week.
