Job Description
Seeking 2L law student to work in civil litigation practice in an in-house counsel setting. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong legal research skills using Westlaw or Lexis, and excellent organizational skills.
Under supervision, the law clerk will provide assistance and support to our legal team. Assignments will include legal research and drafting memoranda, assisting in drafting pleadings and discovery, assisting with interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, organizing files, working with medical records and assisting in preparation of cases for trial.
There will be opportunities to shadow lawyers during depositions and hearings and to learn how to prepare a case for trial.
Flexible start date and additional hours may be available during the summer (June/July/August).
The position is located in downtown Boston – anticipate 2 days in the office and remote work.
Starting date week of June 2025.
