Responsible for the equitable and efficient distribution of estimate assignments for a diverse team of staff appraisers. Using the appraisal platform, monitor appraiser capacity, territory volume and cycle times to optimize time to estimate completion while minimizing the use of independent appraisal resources. Review assignment trends, leveraging technology to identify, project and implement territory adjustments to maximize effectiveness. Keep the Appraisal leadership group aware of volume, anticipated workflow or territory changes, maintaining constant communication and awareness of department backlog and performance. Act as point person for appraisal platform system maintenance. Deliver monthly reporting on the effectiveness of distribution protocols, with recommendations to address any gaps. Provide oversight of IA utilization, monitor adherence with Service Level Agreements, managing issues directly with service providers to avoid service delivery delays impacting customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct assign/estimate dispatch system for territory/appraiser assignment, ensuring that estimates are distributed efficiently
- Maintain distribution board in compliance with applicable CMR, avoiding unnecessary delays, increased cycle times or adverse customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain board settings to minimize reliance on external resources.
- Closely monitor IA assignments, ensuring they remain in compliance with SLAs and working with IAs to address BCO concerns on timeframes, quality and supporting documentation, escalating adverse trends and/or issues to Manager.
- Keep Appraisal leadership aware of territory or individual assignment protocol adjustments, working with appraisers directly where overflow concerns arise.
- Complete regular evaluation of territory/distribution settings, working with TMs/Manager to update as appropriate to meet customer demands.
- Assists with maintenance of Appraisal Platform tools, including review flagging, estimate templates and authority profiles.
- Demonstrate flexibility in task assignments, workdays (Saturday) and demands associated with catastrophic (CAT) events. Ability to provide support for field appraisal team, as necessary due to business need.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Training, Education, Special Skills Required
- High School plus 5 years of related Appraisal experience
- Associate’s degree - desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree - desirable
- Other: Appraiser License in good standing critical thinking/problem solving skills and resourceful
