As a leader in the social gaming space, we are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our games, promotions, and marketing materials to life.
As a Graphic Designer at ARB Interactive, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually striking and on-brand assets for our social media platforms, website, and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll create designs that elevate the user experience and boost engagement.
In this position, you’ll report to the Marketing Program Manager and work alongside the broader marketing team to bring our digital strategy to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data-driven insights, with a passion for delivering measurable results.
- PLEASE NOTE : This position is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work 2-3 days per week at our office in Brickell Key, Miami.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including static banners, social media posts, website landing pages, and blog graphics.Apply knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends to create designs that effectively engage the target audience and drive brand awareness.Create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media platforms, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and leveraging design techniques that encourage user engagement.Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs that align with overall marketing strategies.Contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas for our marketing campaigns. Brainstorm and present design concepts and ideas to the marketing team.Stay up to date with design trends, and continuously iterate on designs based on campaign performance, audience insights, and feedback to improve engagement.Ensure seamless visual communication across all marketing touchpoints, maintaining a unified brand identity.Who Will Love This Job :

3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.Portfolio showcasing your experience designing for web, mobile, and social media with a focus on engagement and conversions.Understanding of casino / gaming like aesthetics, including themes and player psychology.Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create compelling designs.Ability to conceptualize and execute eye-catching promotional banners, game assets, and marketing visuals.Experience working with brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency.Ability to take creative direction and collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.Detail-oriented and highly adaptable to shifting priorities, requests, and processes.A strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality design work across digital platforms.Why Join ARB Interactive :
