About the role
We are looking for an Independent Director / Board Member to join our Board of Directors. This is a strategic leadership role aimed at guiding Arbolus through its next stage of growth and innovation. As a board member, you will work closely with our executive team, providing critical insights and oversight while championing our mission and values.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Strategic Guidance : Provide expert advice on company strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and market opportunities.
- Governance and Compliance : Maintain oversight of corporate governance, risk management, and financial health.
- Leadership Development : Act as a mentor and advisor to the CEO and executive team, helping to shape strategic initiatives and leadership practices.
- Industry Advocacy : Leverage your professional network to create business opportunities and enhance Arbolus' industry presence.
- Board Participation : Actively engage in quarterly board meetings and contribute to committee activities.
