Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated intern to support our VP of Corporate Responsibility & Social Impact. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability within the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and implementation of CSR initiatives and programs.
- Conduct research on sustainability trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
- Support the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR strategies into business operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR activities and suggest improvements.
- Assist in maintaining B Corp certification standards and documentation.
