About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and processing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt of inbound freight and unload it into the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and/or 1-2 year of equivalent experience required
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management software and other operational systems
