What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager - Youth Community Based position at Arbor Circle Corporation?
Provide quality case management and support as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate healthy development of youth and increased independence. Services are youth-centered, delivered primarily in scattered-site housing locations provided by Arbor Circle. This position will primarily be supporting youth and youth-led households ages 16-22 housed through Arbor Circle’s Youth Supportive Housing programming. These programs offer housing to youth while they work with supportive services to achieve life goals. Duties include coordination, case management, and crisis response. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, harm-reduction, positive youth development, and evidence-based research

Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in social work or related field
- Bilingual / Spanish preferred
- Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance and Clean driving record
- Prior experience working with youth at risk of homelessness
