Position Details
Provide clinical leadership and successful execution of day to day operations for Arbor Circle’s Allegan Outpatient office. This location provides high quality substance use and mental health services including therapy (individual, family and group), medication assisted treatment, peer recovery coaching, and prevention / early intervention programming. Services result in improved wellbeing of children, families, adults and the Allegan community. Responsibilities include providing trauma-informed and strength based individual supervision to clinical staff, program development thru data driven evaluation and dynamic change management processes that ensures the delivery of quality care, as well as community engagement, collaboration and advocacy.

Position Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.)
- 4 years post graduate work
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
- Current CAADC / CAADC Development Plan or eligible and willing to actively pursue
- Current IMH Endorsement or eligible and willing to actively pursue
- Current CCS (Certified Clinical supervisor) certification, Plan or eligible and willing to actively pursue (SUD)
