Position Details
Provide quality, youth centered care that facilitate a safe and successful trajectory for youth / young adults ages who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements
- Proven experience working with children & family diverse populations required.
- Valid Drivers license, current auto insurance and clean driving record required.
- Flexible Availability
- Ability to work on 1st and 2nd shift as scheduled
- Bachelor’s degree in Social work or related field a plus
