Position Details
Provide quality services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use concerns, with a specific focus on opioid services. These services are client-centered, delivered in the home or community, and include case management, support, and the sharing of personal history and knowledge related to substance use and mental health recovery. The program provides outreach to individuals referred by community partners, including hospitals and corrections. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements:
- Proven ability to address the recovery needs of individuals
- Proven ability to share personal recovery journey in a supportive way, even if recovery path is different from that of the client
- Valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and clean driving history
- Current certification as a Peer Recovery Coach or ability to pursue the certification
