Responsibilities:
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at The Arbor Company, you will assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, as well as respond to their needs compassionately. You will use excellent communication skills to report changes and updates on resident conditions, and coach and lead other care department team members on your shift. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). You will also need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
