- Providing administrative support to the Area Construction Managers, Regional Managers and Superintendents for our Ohio markets.
- Manage and coordinate front-end job schedules from permit received through frame punchout and start of mechanical.
- Balancing of concrete schedules, framer rotation schedule, and lumber distribution by vendor.
- Track lumber allocations and monitor supplier capacity.
- Collaborate with Construction, Production, Architectural, and Purchasing teams.
- Assist in the procurement of applicable permits.
- Tracking and management of missing pre-appraisals.
- Weekly KPI reporting and management.
- This position will require one day a week travel to the Cincinnati/Dayton office.
- Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
- Excel at focusing on operational efficiencies and striving to perform the work at hand in the quickest way possible without losing quality.
- Ability to spearhead projects/tasks/department event planning
- Ability to build strong relationships with contractors and co-workers
- Assertive with a sense of urgency to reach personal goals
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and Excel
