Elite Homes, a subsidiary or Arbor Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is currently looking to hire a Customer Advocate in Louisville, KY office. Responsible for ensuring that buyers have a smooth, transparent, and positive journey from initials interest to post closing. Their role bridges the sales, construction and customer service to enhance satisfaction, build trust and drive referrals.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Interact with customers on the phone through the home buying process.
- Identify training content based on customer reviews (trends in what the customer is saying)
- Training and mentoring peers to maintain customer experience
- Follow-up to customers with negative reviews to make sure we have completed their request
- Perform trend analysis on Avid/NPS buyers experience survey
- Minimal travel to Indianapolis for training when assigned
- Any other duties as assigned
