Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Arbor Insurance Group in Allentown, PA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial lines coverage, providing exceptional account management, offering high-quality customer service, and dealing with various insurance products on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance expertise- 3 years minimum
- Pennsylvania P&C Insurance License
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling Employee Benefits
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
