Responsibilities .
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Oversee procurement management, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and supplies.
- Create detailed plans and drawings using design software to visualize concepts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
- Handle contract management, including negotiation with vendors for optimal pricing and terms.
- Maintain accurate inventory control to track materials used in projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality execution of designs.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate conditions and constraints impacting design implementation.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape design or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles to optimize project workflows.
- Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation skills, is highly desirable.
- Ability to fabricate elements as needed for unique design solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
