Our culture is people-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented.Summary : We are looking for a dual sales coordinator to support our Hilton Garden Inn & Towneplace Suites Ann Arbor. The Dual Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing general office duties to support any sales and marketing the hotel requires. They will use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and satisfaction, as well as keeping the property in line with brand standards. They will serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them to respond to questions and requests.Duties & Responsibilities : Responsible for assisting clients with reservations and booking the reservations through the hotel database.Create group bookings, manage rooming lists, and handle changes.Assist clients with vouchers as well as folio and billing inquiries.
