Job Summary :

We are seeking an exceptional Training Manager with mastery in facilitation techniques and deep expertise in adult learning theory to lead our enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic, engaging, and highly skilled facilitator who can translate complex concepts into impactful learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of instructional design, leadership development, and training evaluation frameworks , ensuring that learning programs effectively enhance workforce capabilities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment .

Key Responsibilities :

Expert Facilitation & Learning Delivery :

  • Serve as the primary lead facilitator for high-impact training sessions, executive learning programs, and leadership development workshops.
  • Adapt facilitation techniques to engage diverse learning audiences, including executives, managers, and frontline employees.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods-including experiential learning, role-playing, storytelling, case studies, and coaching -to maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Develop and mentor internal trainers and leaders to enhance their facilitation skills and ensure consistent learning delivery.

Adult Learning & Instructional Design Expertise :

  • Apply adult learning theories (e.g., Andragogy, Transformative Learning, Cognitive Load Theory) to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of modern, self-directed learners .
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and tailor learning experiences that address real-world business challenges .
  • Create and implement blended learning solutions , incorporating instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), e-learning, microlearning, and peer-to-peer coaching.
  • Utilize learning sciences, behavioral psychology, and neuroeducation principles to optimize retention and behavior change.
  • Training Program Management & Continuous Improvement :

  • Design and execute a company-wide training strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
  • Implement robust evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick Model, Phillips ROI Model) to measure the effectiveness of training and its impact on performance.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging learning trends , integrating AI-powered learning, gamification, social learning, and immersive technologies (VR / AR) into programs.
  • Manage training logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry training requirements.
  • Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management :

  • Influence and gain buy-in from senior leaders, managers, and employees by demonstrating the value of effective learning and development programs.
  • Act as a change agent , driving learning initiatives that support business transformations and workforce adaptability.
  • Foster an organization-wide learning culture by embedding coaching, mentorship, and self-directed learning into daily operations.
  • Key Challenges :

  • Delivering highly engaging and effective facilitation across diverse learner groups, including executives and frontline employees.
  • Ensuring training solutions drive behavior change and real business impact , rather than just knowledge transfer.
  • Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on training execution in a fast-moving corporate environment .
  • Overcoming resistance to learning and building a culture where continuous development is embraced .
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or talent management, with at least 5 years specializing in facilitation .
  • Master's degree preferred in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and facilitation best practices .
  • Certified Master Trainer or equivalent credentials (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, CPTM, or Certified Facilitator credentials) preferred.
  • Strong storytelling, coaching, and presentation skills , with the ability to captivate and inspire learners.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), data analytics, and AI-driven learning tools .
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams .

    Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your annual salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
