POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Account Manager to oversee and grow our commercial accounts in markets without a dedicated Commercial Account Executive. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored service solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion by upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major commercial clients, addressing their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and service teams, to ensure seamless execution of service agreements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their evolving needs and align services accordingly.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account performance in CRM software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the lawncare, pest control, or service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing commercial accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
