Job Title: Jarraff/Sky Trim Operator-ROW

Job Description:

Responsible for high quality trimming of trees to remove branches from utility right-of-way (ROW). Able to operate equipment safely and efficiently on uneven terrain. Experienced operators only.

Location: Southeast USA, including TN, GA, and VA; requiring travel and extended stays out of town.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prefer a minimum of two (2) years of proven proficiency in operating Jarraff/Sky Trim equipment.

· Deliver high quality finished work in a timely manner.

· Strong understanding of safety regulations - always follow safety protocols and guidelines.

· Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

· Coordinates with team members to plan and execute objectives.

· Loading and unloading of trailered equipment as required.

· Daily inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment.

· Participates in daily job briefings and safety meetings.

· Capable of operating heavy equipment of several types

· Keeps informed on new equipment specifications, standard practices and operating procedures.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

· Must be able to demonstrate skills during interview process

Qualifications:

• Must be able to travel out of town weekly, year-round.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to safely operate equipment.
• Must be able to operate all tools required on job site.
• Must be able to traverse uneven terrain.
• Must be able to withstand exposure to elements throughout the year (heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions)
• Must be able to verbally communicate with other crew members and fully understand instructions and information.
• Must have good vision and be attentive.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• MUST be drug free and pass all drug and alcohol screens as required by Company policy required by DOT regulations.

Preferred:

· Minimum two (2) years experience as a Jarraff/Sky Trim equipment operator

· Mechanical aptitude

· CDL Class A
