Job Summary
Arbor Properties, a leading multifamily management company in Central Texas, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role combines marketing, event planning, and digital media management to create an engaging living experience for our residents and attract new tenants to our communities.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of the marketing and branding strategy for the company
- Assist in the day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities
- Create marketing materials for the community, including but not limited to flyers, social posts, email blasts, mailings, and website content
- Manage email marketing; schedule, coordinate, and manage social campaigns
- Post, manage and edit property listings on various web-based platforms
- Assist in the development of social media content for the community and help maintain social media channels
- Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to messages
- Managing online responses to posts and comments
- Update weekly and monthly reporting for various campaigns
- Maintain and provide weekly updates to management on marketing activities
- Assist in monitoring and updating the company website, social media profiles, marketing calendar, ILS accounts, master listing, contact lists, and email campaigns
- Assist in designing internal corporate communications, including posts and announcements
- Strong knowledge of event planning and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms
- Review marketing materials for brand consistency
- Professionally represent the company at all times and have a positive can-do attitude
- Participate in neighborhood outreach marketing activities regularly to obtain prospective residents.
- Advise residents of referral concessions.
- Conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities.
- Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook, community software
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present in the community.
- In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required
- Reports directly to Property Manager and Marketing Initiatives
- Fair Housing knowledge
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Two years’ experience relevant to multifamily, marketing, social media, and customer service preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or a related field experience
- A minimum of two years of related professional experience, with an emphasis on social media strategy, digital marketing, and community engagement
- Understanding/knowledge of social media sites, including Facebook, Meta Business Manager, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Impressive storytelling and writing skills
- Familiarity and passion for capturing visual content
- Diligent work ethic, discretion, an eye for art/design, and an avid desire to learn and excel (with little supervision)
- Proficiency with Canva, SOCi, Hootsuite, RealPage, and all Microsoft Office programs is a plus
