We are currently seeking a full-time OT for our Chandler clinic location.
Role Overview :
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory, feeding, and other activities of daily living
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies
- Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes
- Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including speech-language and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner
- Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision of students and assistants, as needed

This position requires intermittent standing , lifting, kneeling, and sitting . In addition , this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and / or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
