We are currently seeking a speech-language pathologist to supervise speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs) in the Phoenix area.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, allowing you to work on a schedule that works for you! There is no direct caseload for this position.
Role Overview :
- Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision of SLPAs per Arizona Supervision Requirements
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies
- Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including occupational and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care

Working Conditions :
This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. In addition, this position may include working closely with clients who have mental, physical, and / or behavioral diagnoses and may be verbally or physically combative.
